Some few explanations for those who never ride MEGAVALANCHE.
If you come for the whole week, wthat's a great decision; you decide to race AVALANCHE CUP in Oz en Oisans and MEGAVALANCHE of Alpe d'Huez.
Where is it the best to stay ?
The Domaine des Grandes Rousses is great as there are lifts everywhere !
You can book for the whole week at the Alpe d'Huez resort an accommodation, take your pass directly to the cashier lift (if you book it before to us) and then take any lift you need.
If you book to Oz en Oisans you can also take your lift pass and then take the lift to go to Alpe d'Huez and ride all day where ou want.
But note that if you book packs; from Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Sunday, you have to come first in Alpe d'Huez to take your lift pass. It only the week passes which are delivered to you with an ID from the lift cashier.
NB:Just to have an idea of Oz and Alpe d'Huez location: put face to face the top of your fingers ... above your right hand it's Alpe d'Huez and above your left hand it's Oz en Oisans... We are sure now you feel better ;-)
